Weathervane Playhouse is located at 1301 Weathervane Lane, Akron, OH 44313.
Papa Joe's restaurant is located at 1561 Akron Peninsula Road, Akron, OH 44313.
Plates & Plays is a group opportunity to have dinner and attend a play with other theater lovers.  A play will be selected and paired with a nearby restaurant for dinner or brunch, if the play is a matinee.  A group reservation is made which frequently is at a reduced ticket price. Everyone gathers for a meal, ordering from the menu.  Then tickets are distributed at the theater when everyone arrives.
Not only is it fun to meet others who also enjoy theater, but the variety of theaters and performances provides a greater diversity than you might otherwise select.  Experiencing new theaters and different styles of playwriting can open us to new ideas.
Watch the website for the Plates & Plays schedule.  Reservations are essential.  This is only available for members of Partners for Theater and their guests.  So, join Partners for Theater today.
